A customer has informed us that our yellow ball valves are "extremely difficult to operate" and "she blew out her shoulder turning on their water." There is a metal slide that can be moved to operate the valve easily. Instead of tearing up our equipment and causing us to go back and replace damaged brand new equipment please use a little common sense and if that's not working just call us. We would much rather you ask us for help that destroy our equipment.
